Nicholas De Stefano, Master Jeweler

Nicholas De Stefano Jr. is a self taught master jeweler.  His Grandfather was a tool maker in Providence, Rhode Island. Nick was 15 Years old when he first began experimenting with jewelry design. 

He went to the university of Rhode Island  for mechanical engineering then decided to pursue a life of creativity and went back to the jewelry design.  

Nick has always been an artist and a musician; he took courses in Providence at the jewelry institute that taught him how to solder.  The only other course he took taught him how to cast jewelry. 

With his natural artistic creativity he was able to see that he had a talent for the art very young in his life.  He has taught many, many jewelers that have had very successful careers. 

Tony Stavrakis, Expert Watch Repairman

Tony Stavrakis is one of the greatest watch experts in the area.  If anyone can fix it he can.  He has over 57 years of expert watch repair experience.  He started and ran a professional jewelry store in 1971 in Tarpon Springs, Florida.  

Mr. Stavrakis is now Stefano’s Fine Jewelry Designs expert watch repairman every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Maya Arroyo, Sales

Maya Arroyo entered the jewelry industry over seven years ago.  Her passion for fashion has brought her to the fine jewelry trade. 

Her expertise in customer service and knowledge of the most popular trends brings an enthusiasm to all of our clients. 

Angela Mehas, Sales Manager

The newest associate of Stefano's Fine Jewelry Store, has come full circle in her career. Angela started in her parents' jewelry store at the age of sixteen. Coming in after school and working on weekends, she learned the aspects of the jewelry industry. After college, she became the youngest manager for Zales Jewelers in their leased division. After living in England for two years she came back to the United States and took a break from jewelry and began working in the retail clothing world. Over the next several years she was a Manager for Jacobson' s Department Store, Area Manager for Neiman Marcus and fmally launching a new venture called Adrienne Vittadini. During that five year period she traveled to new store locations and was project manager on 11 new store openings. Now, being back at Stefano's just feels like home.
